“Do you eat to live or live to eat?” is a cunning and sarcastic question asked to emphasize on eating healthy and balanced diet. Many people forgets the importance of consuming healthy and balanced diet rich in nutrition and starts swallowing. Such eating habits satisfy hunger but may also cause health disorders like obesity or diabetes. To consume foods according to your need which will satisfy your hunger but also fulfill all nutritional requirements without causing harm. For instance, while consuming foods, one must emphasize on the nutrition. If someone lacks particular nutrient, s/he should take the foods on larger scale which provides that nutrient.

Every nutrient is beneficial to health. But, nevertheless, excessive consumption of the nutrients have adverse effect. For example, fat is an important nutrient for human body.  But, excessive consumption of foods rich in fat will store the fat on the body and eventually cause obesity. Similarly, salt is very important food complement. A very controlled amount of salt is mandatory to make the foods toothsome as well as provide immune against some dangerous health disorder like hypothyroidism as salt contains nutrients like iodine and other chemical agents. But, excessive consumption of salt might lead to high blood pressure and cardiac complexity.

So, to live a healthy life, a healthy eating plan for everyday life is of utmost necessity. A healthy eating plan refers to the inclusion of all necessary nutritional ingredients in the diet plan where everything nutrients will be consumed considering the necessity and according to the requirements of the body. This plan shouldn’t be constant and might vary in different state of health. Also, the plan must vary from person to person.

While making a healthy eating plan, you should consider your health-state first. At first, find out the nutrients that you need most. For instance, if you are suffering from the lack of vitamin C, then note it. How could you understand that you lack vitamin C? There are several symptoms shown explicitly when a body suffers from vitamin C deficiency. Some common symptoms of vitamin C deficiency are weight loss, dry skin, nosebleeds and splitting hair etc. If you notice any of these and many other symptoms, you, possibly are suffering from vitamin C deficiency. As a primary treatment, you should start consuming foods rich in C.

That means, when you are making healthy eating plan, include the additional amount of consumption of those foods which has the nutrients you need more. Also, lower the amount of the consumption of the foods which possess the nutrients you need to reduce from your body. Also, if you are suffering from obesity, then reduce or give up the consumption which are responsible for causing overweight. Alternatively, if your weight is less than recommended, you should consume foods that will lift up the weight.

Definitely, you shouldn't take foods rich in high calorie and fats, regardless of your weight. Your healthy eating plan should also exclude excessive consumption of fast-food and include fish vegetables and fruits as much as possible.
