Studies show that lack of enough sleep causes store of fat. Sleep at least 8 hours every day. If you have done the current routine for 12 years, ask your trainer that whether any new exercise is required. He might change the workouts, add new exercises or exclude old one.
Patience is vital in this treatment as you will have to go for several days before you get into the shape. A regular balanced diet with proper workout can resolve the problem.
